5 Minute Spicy Sichuan Noodles

We love an easy meal that whips together in less than 5 minutes using pantry staples, especially when it's spicy, nutty, garlic-y Sichuan dry noodles! Our friend Jen over at Indulgent Eats has just the recipe for us. Using only 7 ingredients (or less!) and ready in just a few minutes, these sweet, nutty & spicy noodles are perfect for a weeknight dinner, late night snack, and everything in between. I recently made some of my favorite dishes for Food & Wine Magazine on their Youtube channel, and of course you know I had to pull some noodles. The producers asked me to make three dishes using the same dough, so I made my all-time favorite Sweet Water Noodle, scallion pancakes, and stretchy, chewy Biang Biang noodles! Biang Biang noodles are famously from Xi'an in Shaanxi province (where the terra cotta warriors live!) and are as fun to make as they are delicious to eat.
